Re: Your expectations for Federer in 2013.

Since the off season is finally almost over, I was searching for some predictions on 2013 seasons, this is the first I've come up with.

TT 2016 Singles
Year end ranking of 68 (current 22)
TT 2016 Doubles
year end ranking of 106 (current 30)

Re: Your expectations for Federer in 2013.

Incredible change in tone and focus from Fedtards in just one year's time. Their posts were still mostly arrogant boasting and predictions when I first joined a few months after this thread, but those who didn't stop posting altogether seem to exclusively dedicate their posts now to bashing Nadal, playing conditions and the tour in general. When they do post about Federer, it's frequently demanding that their man retire for them.

Didn't read the thread yet but I bet Federer failed to meet any of the Federer fans expectations

That's rude mate.
I remember some posters here being quite delusional at the time (like "he will be in Top 4 at 40", etc...), but even the most down-to-earth fans did not expect such a slump. However if he manage to preserve his current ranking in 2014 he will more or less reach my original expectations for that year.

What a pathetic Nadaltard, yet some of you Nadal fans complain about Fedtards, but look at Nadaltards, they aren't any better

This. Hypocrisy at its finest. Fortunately there are also some rare sane Nadal fans.

My say? Basel, Rotterdam, maybe Paris/Cinci, #4 ranking.
I see I overrated Federer as usual

He wasn't able to achieve any of these

It's always hilarious when the top 4 yards claim their fan base is superior in behaviour. The reality is they all act pathetically and the only variation depends on which player is dominating at the time.

Not completely true. Delpoyards are the the best of the big 4 fan bases by some margin.

Re: Your expectations for Federer in 2013.

I love the fact that Dull fans are desperately making fun of a 32 year old Federer not doing so well. What a shocker!!! We'll see if Nadal still wins a slam when he's over 30

NADAL= Excuses, bending the rules, fluke 2010, weak clay field, classless celebrations, lucky draws, first player to lose 3 consecutive GS finals to the same man, 3 consecutive losses to players ranked outside 100 at Wimbledon including injured Darcis, only beats injured or UE strewn Djoko or Fed, embarrassed by Stronga. VAMOS!

It's also hilarious that peak Dull got destroyed by an injured guy ranked 135th and they think they can mock anyone else.

Exactly, that's why I find it annoying when guys like Shepherd writes long posts complaining about Fedtards, I agree that some Federer fans act pathetic, but so are some of the Nadal fans. That's why I quoted that post to show that their fan base can be just as pathetic.

Both fan bases have haters who are pathetic.I hate to see few Rafa fans behaving like clowns.

But,the only difference is there are few Rafa haters who infest every single thread of his.Like the clown in post #148 and another clown "Slade".I believe there aren't any clowns like them in the Rafa fan base who post in every single Federer related thread.

There are a lot of good guys in both the fan bases and try to follow those guys and simply ignore the haters. That's the best one can do on MTF.
