I'm happy for the Czechs with their win But I think Spain did a poor job of putting a Davis Cup team together this year!

Reaching a final is not that bad job, me thinks...

He cannot kick with his left foot, he cannot head a ball, he cannot tackle and he doesn't score many goals. Apart from that he's all right.

Actually Nico was very poor vs. Step: bad strategy, no serve, no FH... The match against Berdych was not bad, I had a glimmer of hope.

Anyway, congratulations to the Czech, being Davis Champs is a great success for a small country. Next time we will see you on the red dirt.

Davis Cup isn't always about the tennis, more about the mental and testicular fortitude which Steps showed.

beating a depleted Argentina, without nalbandian or del potro. and having mugaco choke away a match isn't deserving of anything. No nadal for spain.... the chech's luck was enormous this year.

Pretty sure this is the highlight of his entire career. He must be a genuine Czech hero now.
A genuine sex idol. And I think it was the highlight of his tennis career only.

Yes, that was funny. Who knows what had happened, if not for Berdych.

just when you think Steppa couldnt be more of a legend he does this, it was needed because unlike that moron Berdych, who lays an egg for the 50th time when in a big match, Radek has monster cohones

@ his leaping over the net and celebrating it right ON the Spanish faces

did you see the Spanish faces!

This will be forever known as the match that allowed Gasquet to stay in the top 10 and ruin an otherwise good lineup in there.

Your hate for Gasquet is blinding you.

This will be forever known as the match in which a 34 year old doubles specialist, the quintessential underdog, won his nation the Davis Cup.

Yeah, good for the Czech Republic and Stepanek, but it'll still be known as the match that helped Gasquet stay top 10.
