Me too. I became a Nole fan when he played Coria in Roland Garros 2005...Nole was ranked 153 in the world then.

The following year I became a Gulbis fan, not enough to dethrone Nole, but enough to root for him against practically anybody else... And I still am a Gulbis fan, win or lose... Nobody can say THAT's glory hunting.

I remember that match. The first time I saw Djokovic. You could easily tell he was going to have a great career. He won the first set and retired in the 3rd one I think. It was a close match and Coria was the 2nd best claycourter in the world at the time.

He has to, doesn't he? You know, unless we Americans aren't allowed to vote for anyone from our ethnic backgrounds.

Nadal of course. He and Djokovic are by far the most likeable members in top 4.

Murray is the most 'real' of the top 4.

Thanks for answering. As for counting, your vote is good in my book, but this was not my idea so I won't make any lists. Besides, I never thought Djokovic only had fans in his home country. Nor do I consider Djokovic fans to be gloryhunters. I am impressed he is actually leading here.
