Which is the more embarrassing H2H, Ferrer/Fed or Roddick/Fed?

I'd say Ferrer/Fed H2H is more embarrassing. A top 5 player never beating Noserer at least once in 14 tries is just pathetic. Roddick at least beat him 3 times. He won the last meeting between them even though he was way far from his prime.

Neither. A loss to the GOAT is never embarrassing.

Fed/ Roddick.

Dick is a slam winner, former number 1 and got trashed in slams. And you feel like Fed had more of an edge over Roddick than over Ferrer.
Hate all you want, but Ferrer will beat Fed one day (probably in Montecarlo or Rome where Fed doesn't care but still).

Re: Which is the more embarrassing H2H, Ferrer/Fed or Roddick/Fed?

Roddick almost beat him in a Slam final (2009) and his win over him in Montreal was a catalyst for him to go on and win the US Open that year. So not comparable at all with Ferrer's.

Roddick's h2h is better, but Roddick is also better player than Ferrer, so no wonder.

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

Roddick was one match away of a 20 match deficit.

That's embarassing for a former World number 1.

Neither. They just don't match up well against Fed. Just like Fed doesn't match up well against Nadal.

Roddicks. Ferrer never said, 'the gap is closing' before getting bagelled in a slam semi.

Ferrer is a very good but also a bit of a limited player(for the top) who just lost every time to a player who is about two leagues above him.

Re: Which is the more embarrassing H2H, Ferrer/Fed or Roddick/Fed?

roddick's eyes shined with tears and simple pride as frauderer declared him 'almost there' and 'improved'

his inability to play basic tennis strokes was seen as a mockery by most, but not fedclown

he whined that he was the real rival to fed, even as nadal was reguarly beating fed in grand slam final

unfortunately for cash grabbing and oxygen starved roddick, real rivals and no 1s win matches on the biggest stages

lack of socialization doesn't allow fake praise and unrestrained greed

davis cup wins were a desperate attempt to win love from frauderer; frauderer responded with handbags, presser insults and limelight stealing

Is this a homage to heya or just a blatant double account?

Duck 5>4 Nole

This shows the power of Federer's era, most of those wins came when Roddick was way past his peak.

Davydenko 6>5 Nadal

Is another good one.

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.
