Janko absolutely useless against Fed (or Nadal)

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

The GOAT turning up to play at the tournaments that matter. Never in doubt.

Group of death this one for Olderer. It can get only harder from here on, Ferrer is next.

Federer will never lose to Tipsarevic, neither to Ferrer. Some players just dont have what it takes to beat certain players.

Fed is the favorite to win this tournament, needless to say.

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.

Are you kidding? I would love to see a Fed clinic like that live

Superb opener for Fed...he is going to be hard to stop this week.

Fed was sleepwalking in the first (just like Janko). But Roger actually played well in the second. Good to see that he has that stuff in him, for matches to come.

Re: WTF RR: Federer def. Tipsarevic 6-3 6-1

Junko was pretty bad. I've seen him much better. Federer was very good for the most part. Forehand was on and backhand was only semi-shaky

Fakervic played at 150% against Federer as usual.

Federer was the pioneer of first-strike all-court tennis. This is the real tennis and the beautiful game. Never forget the beauty of what was tennis. Nadull and Fakervic don't win tennis matches. They simply outlast their opponent with endless grinding and stamina. That is ugly. Beautiful tennis is gone now. Never forget the good days of real tennis.
