Is it really? I like Ferrer, but it's a pretty fair insinuation.

Innocent until proven guilty last time I checked.

You should gather all your evidence and go to the police so justice can prevail.

Spot on

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

He's the same player he was a few years ago, but now the tour has gotten so weak that he's gone up in the rankings at 30 despite having the same exact game he always has.

nailed it. Every true multi generational talent should have an impeccable record vs Ferrer, like Federer has.

Every superior moonballer/grinder/defensive juggernaut should have a very solid record vs Ferrer, like Nadal has

Every truly talented ballbasher should at least have him as pigeon, like Söderling has.

Ferrer is a gatekeeper. A guy that is keeping the less talented players back. He's never gonna tank which is respectable among all the current tankers/quiters on the tour but he's never gonna have matches vs truly talented players on his own racket either. Ferrer needs them to self-destruct, get injured, not show up, or someone else to take them out....

so he can play a qualifier for a M1000 title and voilá....finally got one congrats

Which means that Tsonga, Berdych and Del Potro are untalented ball bashers.

Yea, and when Ljubicic was #3 then the tour was super-strong

Pretty meaningless examples. Federer and Nadal have solid records against the whole tour more or less.

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”
