Watch and weep, haters.

By the way, Ferrer has won the first set over Jano.

That's just an assumption.

He's got qualities and some talent.

But we have to measure the talent among the top 100 players, Ferru would be in the 90-100. Qualities and work - N1.

If Federer has 100 units of talent, Ferrer would have 10. It's not like he doesn't have any, but it's far less than the usual for a top player.

Tsonga would have 90, Berdych 80 units, Tipsarevic 60, Nadal 60, Murray 80, Djokovic 80 as well, etc. Ferrer in my book has 10 units. No pro player has 0, that's clear.

Personal opinion.

That's a precise illustration of my opinion - Dolgo is doing the sharp diagonals, stretched FH slice defensive shot and Ferru is following his game plan doing always the same thing - FH lift, BH lift, FH lift, FH lift, etc., etc., etc.

This balloon defensive passing shot is exactly the level of talent i think he has, compared to some absolutely incredible stuff anyone could dig in youtube made by Federer, Tsonga, Djokovic, etc.

You can't measure talent in "units".

I love the way he also says Tsonga has 90 units of talent and Djokovic only 80.

Tsonga fans are getting more and more desperate at the days go by.

there is no scale for measuring talent, that's clear. Just because it's subjective. Subjective means - based on a personal view. And from a personal view i can measure it for myself the way i want.

I don't understand how a defensive pusher like Ferrer always has more winners than his opponents

Let me help you here - Santoro has 250 untis, Gulbis 110, Llodra 95, Dimitrov 91 - all of them are more talented than Djokovic.

Up to you to make the distinction between the notions or not.

You're proving yourself more of a mug with every post What, Santoro has 25 the times of talent as Ferrer? If that was true Ferrer would be a baby who is holding the racket in his mouth.

He's far from being a dfefensive pusher. He's actually among the most aggressive players on tour (imo again).

He attack every ball, but he won't go for the clear winners, rather would grind you out until you spit the ball 2 meters behind the net where he would mark his winner. And he makes several dozens of those per match.

This. Ferrer has more winners on match average than Murray, Nadull, and Potro.

Re: Have the Ferrer doubters finally been silenced?

Are we really dealing with a 35 year old guy who makes up his own 'talent unit ranking system' ?

I'll just assume he is joking.
