Yeh, Tsonga this year played good between Rome and Olympics and that was it.

It's not unusual for Tsonga to be playing awful and then out of nowhere starting to play incredible, though. But Nole is just too good atm, everything will have to click for Jo to have a chance.

LOL, no

the only thing tsonga will be getting a lesson in, is how to accept one's place in the pecking order

a shame of course, he's such a likeable chap, genuine

but djokovic is the best tennis player on the planet right now, it is that simple

Djokovic to bagel him in the first, lose the second from a break up, go a break down in the third, but then win 7-5.

I hope Stronga turns up and makes it a good match. But i just don't see it.

Nole 6-4,6-3.

I see your 2 games, and lower it to 2 points for Tsonga, max.

But realistically, 0 points for Tsonga, max.

Djokovic in 2 routine sets, something like 6-4, 6-2.

Tsonga hasn't played a great or even very good match since his match vs Nole at Roland Garros. It's been a long time, unless he randomly finds form he'll lose in 2 here and lose to Murray and Berdych in 2.

Jo needs something special to beat a guy like Djokovic and I don't think he can produce it at the moment.

If Novak plays like against Querrey before he started tanking, than Novak in 2, something like 6-2, 6-3.

Djokovic | Tipsarevic | Querrey

He might not even need it. On current form, Querrey is probably a more dangerous rival than Jo. I expect JWT to miss every other return and pile up a gazillion errors.

Can't see him manage to stay in rallies with Novak at all, unless he randomly picks up form, in which case he could even win the match, but it's hard to see such scenario unfold; Novak should get his first indoor win over Tsonga.

Tsonga is going to play the role of the whipping boy in this tournament. I can't see him winning a set in any of the 3 matches.

Re: WWW WTF RR: [1] Djokovic vs. [7] Tsonga

Djoker to pigeonise Tsonga and make it 9-5 in H2H.
Djoker in 2. I won't be surprised though if Stronga suddenly makes an appearance out of the blue though since it's his last tournament of 2012.

Djokovic, Federer, Tsonga, Del Potro, Wawrinka, Thiem, Nishikori, Raonic

Congrats Djokovic on winning 2016 French Open and becoming the first man since Rod Laver in 1969 to win 4 consecutive majors!
