Cool The Tanking Thread

Oh come on! Who didn't see this one coming?

Here you can talk about possible tanks from players before matches, and if a tank does happen then you can discuss it here. Have at it MTF!

Yes, actually true, and he won 121 of those matches anyway due to the opponent being a better tanker. When both plays to lose, Nadal will almost always win.

Re: The Tanking Thread

Nadal tried very hard to tank that Cincy match against Verdasco last year. Same with Djokovic and Troicki in Paris 2011.

Instead of filling up the post-match threads with tanks you can do it here

It saves MTF imo.

Re: The Tanking Thread

I think Federer might've tanked the 5th set of AO 09 to save himself for the summer.

Educating MTF clowns one post at a time.
So many fanboys to troll, so little time.

Favourite tennis matches: 2011 US Open Final & 2012 Australian Open Final, starring Novak Djokovic & Rafael Nadal, showing us just how far science can take humanity.

The US Open Final was especially enjoyable, with 'Why are there white spots all over my body?' Djokovic and 'Why am I sweating boils?' Nadal embarked on a titanic battle, concluding with the inferior player, Nadal, entering a sort of delirious state of psychosis. This allowed him to, while showing very little fatigue, consume inhuman amounts of energy, before he literally ran his legs from underneath him. This is truly the stuff dreams are made of.

he sure wanted to sacrifice a golden opportunity to win a masters 1000 event just to prepare himself for losing 2 matches next week

Who knows? Mugbych isn't the smartest player on the tour...
