Well Federer's the GOAT tanker, I wouldn't be surprised if he fooled us all with that act.

Educating MTF clowns one post at a time.
So many fanboys to troll, so little time.

Favourite tennis matches: 2011 US Open Final & 2012 Australian Open Final, starring Novak Djokovic & Rafael Nadal, showing us just how far science can take humanity.

The US Open Final was especially enjoyable, with 'Why are there white spots all over my body?' Djokovic and 'Why am I sweating boils?' Nadal embarked on a titanic battle, concluding with the inferior player, Nadal, entering a sort of delirious state of psychosis. This allowed him to, while showing very little fatigue, consume inhuman amounts of energy, before he literally ran his legs from underneath him. This is truly the stuff dreams are made of.

Indeed. It was all an elaborate tank, the tears were a blatant cover-up.

Maybe he doesn't know how to tank? He just can't give up

Ferrer has a high moral, he doesn't tank, he gives his all whenever he's on court, be it a slam SF, R1 of a Mickey Mouse tournament, or QF of a TMS in the week before WTF. So we'll see two great evening matches where tanking doesn't happen.

Even if I don't particularly like grinding (I prefer ballbashing and S&V), Ferru is one of the top players I appreciate most. That's because of his high moral.

Maybe Llodra will tank for next year's Bercy

Looks like Tipsarevic is doing the "Deciding set tank", same as Djokovic and Murray, give the audience a good 1st set first. Berdych more traditional, allowing himself to be straight-setted like Del Potro.

True. I'm extra impressed by Murray. He's had MPs in his 3 last tanks. This MP-tanking is taking it to a new level.

Compare to those tanking badminton players in the olympics who barely tried to win a point. The Scotsman laugh at that pathetic display. Tanking is not about saving energy. It's a lifestyle choice
