Who is the next non-top4 M1000 winner?

In the last 35 M1000s only 4 players outside top4 have won a M1000

Davydenko, Shanghai 2009
Ljubicic, Indian Wells 2010
Roddick, Miami 2010
Söderling, Paris 2010

Only Murray can save it from happening again now in Paris 2012!

Tsonga and Berdych has done it before but it's a long time ago now. Or will Delpo step up and win his first?

I think Berdych is a pretty good bet to do it again at some point, whether it's this week or next year.

lol. good plan

I think it's gonna happen already this week. Murray the only remaining top4 after R2? When did that happen last time.

Such a chance for players like Berdych, Del Potro, Tsonga. Even Ferrer/Nishikori have a slight slight chance.

I'm split between Berd/JMDP but went with Berdych

Would love Nishikori to win Bercy. If he beats Simon tomorrow, he will have a very good chance as long as he can avoid both Murray and Del Potro in the draw somehow. He has a very good record vs all of Tsonga, Berdych and Ferrer.

Well Murray doesn't look great and has already talked about getting a couple matches here for next week(not about winning), and Llodra will probably handle Del Po, so it's looking good. But I don't know if Nishi will get through Simon.

Yeah, with their last match in mind (when Del Potro could barely move and Llodra still found a way to lose) this is a very safe prediction

Not sure he will win tomorrow either, but if he does he has a decent shot at making the final assuming he doesn't face Murray in the semis. I hope he can make it.
