I have mine.
Let's assume you are correct and Ferrer is indeed more talented than Del Potro - a barbaric assumption, but just for argument's sake.

In that case, his so-called work ethic must be immensely overrated. I mean how can he have achieved less than a player less talented than himself, 8 years younger who already had surgery? Something's gotta give here: either your evaluation of their relative talents is completely wrong, Ferrer's famous work ethic is overrated beyond belief or the Spaniard is just the unluckiest tennis player (or Delpo the luckiest) ever.

And just this Sunday Delpo proved to be more talented than Federer. So Ferrer > Delpo > Federer > Ferrer. Oh wait, what you said doesn't actually make any sense, that's right.
Oh, let's all use Mark Lenders logic then. Here are some of your pearls of wisdom;

1). Hitting the ball as hard as you can, (no matter how many errors you spray) must mean you are insanely talented, because it is the opposite of pushing.

2). Serve-bots are saving tennis.

3). Players who win any events other than Slams are vultures.

4). If Del-Potro lost any match it must be due to an injury he has fully recovered from for at least 2 years now. Healthy Pony never loses, ever.

5). Cilic is more talented than Murray.

I think rather than comparing the 2, we should talk about hand knitted baseball caps.

Only one of those 5 points is true.

Never. The Sunchild will never get the respect he deserves. But that is ok

The Penultimate Enemy to all Injustice

Federer was the pioneer of first-strike all-court tennis. This is the real tennis and the beautiful game. Never forget the beauty of what was tennis. Nadull and Fakervic don't win tennis matches. They simply outlast their opponent with endless grinding and stamina. That is ugly. Beautiful tennis is gone now. Never forget the good days of real tennis.

Yeah

You're a smart guy, the other 4 are too absurd to be true, not to mention I never ever said them.

I'd also love to see it, but doubt we'll get any lucky here. Would be entertaining trying to see someone explained how a more talented player famous for his so-called mental strength and work ethic has achieved considerably less than an inferiorly talented player 8 years younger than himself who already had wrist surgery among other major injuries

Ferrer has 17 titles, Delpo has 13, hope that bubble you are living in with those green imp's that keep telling you lies is nice.
