Honestly Del Potro was totally unimpressive. Rogie was just that bad, it truly shows how bad Del Potro is that even at 25% Rogie can take him to a 3rd set tie break.

You could feel Roger was getting better in that 2nd set tiebreak. Unfortunately, the opposite was true in the 3rd set TB. Mateya lives to fight another day.

Speachless. What a moron. One could see it coming with all those wasted BPs.
2 shitty returns on 2 easy second serves in the beginning of the tie breaker cost him the victory.

Re: Basel F: Del Potro beats King Roger 64 67(5) 76(3)

Federer should probably skip Paris at this point to focus fully on finding his form into WTF, this won't cut it at all.

Educating MTF clowns one post at a time.
So many fanboys to troll, so little time.

Favourite tennis matches: 2011 US Open Final & 2012 Australian Open Final, starring Novak Djokovic & Rafael Nadal, showing us just how far science can take humanity.

The US Open Final was especially enjoyable, with 'Why are there white spots all over my body?' Djokovic and 'Why am I sweating boils?' Nadal embarked on a titanic battle, concluding with the inferior player, Nadal, entering a sort of delirious state of psychosis. This allowed him to, while showing very little fatigue, consume inhuman amounts of energy, before he literally ran his legs from underneath him. This is truly the stuff dreams are made of.

Oh wait, you already did. It's just Basel, surely there have been more painful losses.

Congrats Juan Martin, all those losses against Federer this year, but he kept believing in himself and fought hard.

Its rare to see Federer play a "smaller" tournament with that much determination and passion if you know what I mean Hometown is your hometown and he cares a lot for this title, but couln't break Juan Martin's serve today.

Does anyone know who is the last player to win Vienna and Basel back-to-back?
