I'd also like to congratulate Del Potro for finding his way through this draw from hell with Brands, Matosevic, Muller and Zemlja. Only a real champion could win a title with such a herculean draw. Well done JMDP

Great effort Delboy. Hopefully he can raise it a couple of levels now and have a real tilt at Basel.

Also a nice week for Zemlja. Back to back wins against Haas and Tipsi

Del Po

Was a little worried after Zemlja broke in the first, but once Del Po fought back and won the first set, he was in control.

At least Delpo remains a very good "Finals" player. 12-17 with a slam

A fantastic week from my countyman Making me very proud.

In the top 60 now, what exactly will his ranking be now?

JMDP Just keep that wrist healthy and he'll be in top 10 for years to come.

I'm so proud of Grega. He played some great indoor tennis this week. All the way through qualifying with some bumps, but mostly incredibly high-level tennis. Congratulations.

Juan simply doing what he came here to do. No trolling, just business as usual. Well done to him and his fans.

He could be top 10 even with a dodgy wrist.

I think Del Potro's at the stage of his career where he'd like to win big titles, not prioritise on sitting around at the wrong end of the top 10 for a few more years.
