Vienna R1: Young def. Fognini 7-6(8) 6-3

Hilarious match both guys having a go at Bernades. In the 1st DY was up 4-0, then Fog gets it on serve. He falls over and argues with Bernades. DY wanted to go to the toilet but Carlos said no until the trainer came on court. Fog served for the 1st set at 6-5.

Lots of trolling in this one.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

The conversations were hilarious Still, shame on Fognini for losing to Young.

Young "what do I need permission to go to the toilet, while he takes a timeout".

Wins for Young this season are rarer than Volandri aces.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Vienna R1: Young def. Fognini 7-6(8) 6-3

During the first set TB, Fog was sauntering around court shrugging while Young shouts desperate come ons. At maybe 6-6 in the TB Fog rolls in a really poor, soft second serve which Young hits straight into the net, and Fog looks over at Don almost apologetically . Fog still finds a way to squander the set point and gift the TB.
Immediately in the next game Fog trolling at his finest, goes down 0-40, then suddenly plays a string of genius points to take the game, Don dumbfounded.
Commentator says something like, ‘Well, Young has a right to be frustrated here. One moment it’s hopeless from Fognini, then next it’s extraordinarily good.’ Fog as usual. He hit a ridiculous ripping winner down match point as well, but then Young finally takes it on a lucky net cord. Good for Young, he needs the luck these days.

Even if Young wins the whole tournament it won't be enough to get him back in the top 100. . .

Was surprised to see Young's name in the results. Thought he was back to the challengers.

Re: Vienna R1: Young def. Fognini 7-6(8) 6-3

First set was up there with the funniest hour of tennis I've ever seen. Second had potential, but Young held too well near the end.

I saw the big argument just before Fognini levelled in the first set.
