How accomplished are you at jinxing? That has great promise already.

Can you tell me if they will be promoted?

Nah we won't, two of our best players are loanees, one is getting recalled, another is injured and another has fitness problems at this time of year.

I wouldn't mind if there was but my crystal ball sadly doesn't foretell it.

It veers towards a man from a city in Eastern Europe, who has a history of success at that tournament.

None of the top players are from eastern europe.

Federer: Swiss, west-central europe
Nadal: Spain, southern europe
Djokovic: Serbia, Balkan
Murray: Scotland

Who is this eastern european player that you indicate?
Is it Berdych? He is from Eastern Europe after all

Sorry but I had to at this. Djokovic is from Eastern Europe whilst Berdie is from the Czech Republic in the centre of Europe.

All 4 are from Europe..."Balkan" is not a continent and Scotland also falls within Europe, not sure why you left those 2 out like that.

But then again, you may be onto something, if Georgia and Azerbaijan and god knows which other Central Asian country are in qualifiers for Euro, then I have no idea where "Europe" ends.

Re: Paris-Bercy will have a first time TMS winner

AO produces surprise winners and finalists, always has

however, it will be murray or djokovic lifting the trophy in Rod Laver Arena next year

djokovic for his 4th AO (tying the record) and 3rd consecutive (never been done before, would make him the best at AO in open era)

or murray snatching his 2nd slam in a row, finally succeeding in AO, and becoming one step closer to no 1

but i personally am going to put a bet on nadal/federer going out at QF final stage or earlier

should get a return, for sure
