Re: WWW Tokyo SF King Kei vs Marcos Baggy

i would predict a tight three setter, but kei is on home soil and the crowd will be 100% behind him barring Baggy's box

since Baghdatis really feeds off the crowd, i think kei will wipe the floor with him in a match that should have been be a good close one

Re: WWW Tokyo SF King Kei vs Marcos Baggy

H2H very lop-sided in Baghdatis's favour: 3-0
The closest Kei has got to winning a set was 5-7 in the first set of their first encounter 3 years ago.

Re: WWW Tokyo SF King Kei vs Marcos Baggy

kei is definately a much better player than he was 3 years ago though and marcos isnt anywhere near the player he was

im going with kei in 3 although maybe thats the optimimism speaking and the fact that id love to see kei winning at home

Like I said, the closest he got was 3 years ago. He did worse since.

If he plays like he did today I'm sure he'll have a very good chance though.

Marcos is shadow of himself, but still must be too much for Nishikori. Good luck, Baggy, I forgot when the last time you made me happy winning tournament.

Gasquet is next №1

Re: WWW Tokyo SF King Kei vs Marcos Baggy

Martial Kei in 3. Baggy when playing well is a top 10 player, but Kei is more consistent.

So someone recently informed me that my sig was empty. Said I needed a life affirming motivational quote by a positive role model like Einstein or Oscar Wilde...

Great tip to stay fit and mobile: If you run up and down the stairs two steps at a time at least once daily, there will never come a time when you can't do it. Until of course one day you mistime a step, collapse and break all your bones... That would suck. But you had a good run.

I like Badgathis, but a Kei win would obviously be the best outcome here.

Kei in 2.
