Great stuff Kei, for once he didn't drop the first set and play catch up. Needs to follow this up by beating Baghdatis for a place in the final!

Pretty much NID, as Kei is now 3-0 vs. Berd on HC's, seems to have his number on them.

Would be nice if he wins a title.

Nishikori keeping the ATP trainers in busy, got to love how he always looks he's down and out that he moves better than before.

In spite of the antics he was clearly the better player today, it took him 8 break points to break for the 1st time in set 1. Good for him that the poor conversion rate didn't cost him in this match.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1

HC is Berd's best surface.

Nishikori is obviously a bad match up for him.

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned....

Amazing ninja strikes again, Kei is awesome... not just cause of the win, but his game was great today.
But he did lead 4-2, what a relief he eventually closed out the 1st set and kept it a straight set win for once.

Maybe neither one of them makes it now.
Berdych made the right decision

I hope to see Kei v Murray in the final

Another tasty bakery treat will be served
