I love Rafa, but these excuses that he only loses when he's injured are ridiculous. He wasn't injured during the match, he was simply out-played that day. It happens.

I apologize, I missed the you love Rafa thing, but c'mon, if you love him you should know he would not lose to freaking Rosol at Wimby if he was at full health.

You are a true Rafa fan. One that sees both flaws and pros in the guy.

Too bad that You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to silver lining again.

Oh cmon we didnt even think he was injured until he pulled out of the olympics .I will never believe Nadal lost because he was injured that day.He was outplayed thats all there is to it .He wasnt 100% yes but rarely are top players at 100% anyway

I've watched the match - Rafa was a Rafa Galaxy in a Rosol universe. He played well but Rosol was on an entirely new level.

Here's your proof that Rafa's knees weren't right for playing at Wimby, can't believe I even have to post this considering you should know this by now: http://www.tennis-x.com/xblog/2012-07-20/10316.php

There, now there is nothing you can say to deny that Rafa wasn't match fit for Wimby.

Of course he shouldn't have lost that match. Just like Murray shouldn't have lost to Chardy in Cincinnati either. Does that mean he was injured? No. I'm not saying Rafa was at his best that day, but to use his knees as an excuse every time he loses a match, is ridiculous. Rosol played really great Tennis in that 5th set and Rafa still moved comfortably enough for me not to think he was in severe pain. Trust me, they all have their niggles that they play through. When you demand so much of your body something always hurts.
