Davis Cup Playoff; Flo Mayer def. Tomic 6-4 6-2 6-3 (Ger-Aust 2-2)

Funky Flo showed Nard Dog who was boss and at least Tomic didn't tank but Mayer had too much flair and the donkey kick dropshot used very well.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

People were saying Stebe would be dropped for Picasso.

Good luck to Cedrik, though.

Doesn't he always look like that? Good one Flo

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

Thank you Florian for taking out Tomug. I didn't think it would be this fast.

Fakervic played at 150% against Federer as usual.

Federer was the pioneer of first-strike all-court tennis. This is the real tennis and the beautiful game. Never forget the beauty of what was tennis. Nadull and Fakervic don't win tennis matches. They simply outlast their opponent with endless grinding and stamina. That is ugly. Beautiful tennis is gone now. Never forget the good days of real tennis.

Germany will have better chances if anything in WG. Lleyton isn`t eternal and Tomic...

Gasquet is next №1

Tomic must be the laziest tennis player. He just doesn't chase balls.
