Racket head speed of pro's vs rec players?

Let me first make it clear that I'm talking about the racket head speed you're able to produce with a racket in your hand vs the pro's - without even worrying about trying to hit a ball. This is just a test of pure racket head speed - no hand-eye co-ordination.

Your task is to take a racket, and smack it as hard and as fast as you can into a wall. We are somehow able to measure how fast the racket was travelling before it smashed into the wall.

Now the pro (be it Djokovic, Nadal or Federer..etc...) does the same.

Would the pro be swinging the racket at about twice the speed you can manage - just because he's so much stronger than you?

Even if you're a young (non-tennis) athlete and do strength training and plyometrics?

Only 16 years old, she stands about six feet tall and hits the ball as hard as some men pros.

Well, he was spot on that she would make waves on WTA and compete on the top
