Oh Mary Corillo. The only reason I didn't want Andy to win was all these corporate heads pushing him. I am sad for that. I hope they all go bankrupt. But Andy deserved it. Nole is done.

Re: USO Final: Murray beats Djokovic 7-6(10) 7-5 2-6 3-6 6-2

It started out as the worst first 2 sets in slam history but ended up beeing kind of a good match, almost....

Djokovic put up a good fight and showed balls in the end, but what was he doing in the first 2 sets? He lost to a choking Murray hiting slices to the net and without any aggressive shot working...

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.

The wind just showed up at the end of the match. Look at the flags.

You're far too invested in this board if that's the first thing you think of after watching a slam final.

I don't get the hate for Nole Fan, she seems like a cool, down to earth girl and she's easy on the eyes as well, I might add.

Happy for Murray. This was a long time coming and very well deserved. Great to see 4 different slam winners for the first time in ages. Much respect.

Re: USO Final: Murray beats Djokovic 7-6(10) 7-5 2-6 3-6 6-2

I'm a bit peeved. Djokovic got my hopes up too high last year. I fully expect Murray to get another slam or two next year and become #1.

While Murray had a lot of luck this tournament, the luck will would have greatly increased his confidence. Fully expect him to come back at the slams next year and go all out at them

Djokovic... What can I say. I can't believe you were pushing on your own serve. Yes, you have good defence. Yes, you want to wait for an opportunity. Seriously though? Fucking weak tactic against Murray. You know Murray's game inside out, how can you lose to him when you've beaten him easily before? Go out there on the practice courts and do serve and volleys. Over and over and over again. You need more aggression on your service game.

Playing so weak in the tie-breaker? God, where has all your power gone in these tight situations? Losing another set 5-7. How many has that been this year? Giving in after a comeback? Disgusting. Sort out your mental game.

Glad that Murray didn't lose it after 2-0, wouldn't have wanted to watch him after that. The less to be said about the match the better.

Federer maintains a gap in the rankings.

Actual cannibal

Lol, congrats to Murray, he deserved it. Nole gave his best on the day, what can you do He'll be back~

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”
