Just want to know your thoughts besides voting yes or no, why you personally think he will or won't make at least the SF of the AO in 2013 for a 10th straight year. I think he'll make either SF, F, or outright win the 2013 AO.

Depends on if he gets another cakewalk like he usually does for the first few rounds.

Since Federer declined in 2008 and forward he has defeated Del Potro x2, Berdych and Tsonga in Australian open.

Who do you want him to play who can beat him before SF?

I think the slow court neutralise the big hitters well. He isnt going to get into trouble in quarters.

Exactly, even guys like Simon, Del Potro, Berdych, and Tsonga who can give him a hard time/beat him before the SFs of a GS haven't been able to beat Rogie at the AO (2005 SF loss to Safin, 2008 SF loss to Djokovic, 2009 F loss to Rafa, 2011 SF loss to Djokovic, and 2012 SF loss to Rafa). I don't see anyone beating him before the SF. My question too is, come AO time based on seedings will the SFs be Rogie/Rafa and Djokovic/Mugray or Rogie/Mugray and Djokovic/Rafa (unless Rogie and Djokovic aren't 1 and 2 by the 2013 AO, though I think they would be, but in the case that they are not then it could be Rogie/Djokovic and Rafa/Mugray again, lol). Anyway I think it's a very valid post because it's the only remaining grand slam where Rogie hasn't lost before the SF since 2003, it's been 9 consecutive years of SF or better (4 SFs, 1 F, and 4 titles: 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2010).

Re: Will Rogie's SF streak at the AO end in 2013?

Berdych is the only one who can beat him and it is 25% that he gets seeded in Feds half and maybe 60% that he gets there, so only 15% chanse we get to see Berdych-Federer in AO before SF.

Re: Will Rogie's SF streak at the AO end in 2013?

I think Berdych is the only one (although Simon did take him 5 sets in the 2nd round of 2011). Berdych was up 2 sets in the 4th round of 2009 and Rogie came back to win it in 5. Honestly, I'm hoping for a Rogie vs. Djokovic AO F in 2013 with Rogie winning it.

Re: Will Rogie's SF streak at the AO end in 2013?

It depends on draw he will beat both Ferrer and Delpo in straight sets, Berdych would be open match and Tsonga can have small chance to beat him- but Tsonga firstly needs to be top 8, right now Janko is leading over him in RACE
