Djokovic manhandling bad players is so boring, that is why they never give him nightmatches. Zero entertainment value.

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned....

There were some good rallies though, this Dutra Silva guy can definitely hit a ball. Not nearly consistent enough obviously.

He also knows how to make noise when he hit some of those forehands

wow never expected djokovic to be in the third round.

8th day of July 2012: 7-time Wimbledon champion!

Once upon a time there was a myth about strong and weak eras. On this glorious day the clownery was eventually unmasked: 30 y.o. past-prime daddy Fed became #1 once again in the supposed strong "Spartan" era with his rivals at their peak.
And they all lived happily ever after.
Long live King Federer!

Couldn't watch it, but it looks like another demolition job by Nole. Man, such incredible superiority is off-putting.

For that scoreline, pretty entertaining match. There was one epic game on Silva's serve lasting some 18 minutes

Lol, 10 posts and just one actually saw the match Yea, Silva was really hitting it well when he had a chance and fought hard, didn't just bend over, decent performance for him.

Good to see Nole still trying to practice his net play. Doesn't always work out, but at least he's aware he should work on that.

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”
