What is the umpire saying?

At the beginning of the match the umpire is out there talking to the two players before the coin toss. I understand some of what they are saying, but not all.

This is what I understand:

Telling them if it is a best of three or best of five match
Telling them that the net machine is being used
Telling them that the change overs are longer because of TV and wait until he calls time.

What I don't understand: (this is what it sounds like they are saying)
6 and 4
7 of 9
????

Can anyone explain this to me or tell me any other things they commonly say?

I was watching the Paris masters. Every umpire before every match did the same sort of speech. I also saw them doing this at the Madrid masters. So it must be a standard speech.
