Re: Roger : We are best ever, The four of us? Thatís a really difficult call.

Why are people even arguing in this thread? I can't be bothered to go back and try to figure that out. Someone please explain. All I know is that Roger is not really ready to pretend like his era is the greatest. Sounds like a sound, moderate mentality to me. I hardly think Roger is going to around saying yeah we four are the best ever. Give me a break, folks.

Nadal is now 26 and he's already on crutches. let's see what Nadal can do at the grampa age of 30-31.
Nadal is fail indoors, he got bageled by many players. And as we know Federer who is 'GOAT' and fantastic CC who w,o Nadal would have 5 RGs atleast. And at his prime ages he got bageled and breadsticket in RG final. After that Fedtards should shut it and be humble. If Federer heard u calling him granpa and posting this crap he would probably bitch slap you.

His career isn't over yet, you know? How about we wait a few more years until we determine his "peak year"?

Monaco - Del Potro - Nadal - Wawrinka - Robredo - Dimitrov - Chardy - Cuevas

We all know Fed almost never gets bageled because of his serve

I enjoy a clutch 7-5 or 7-6 from Nadal/Djokovic against a choking Roger just as much.

So Nadulle are clutch when Roger chokes. Splendid thinking.

Primes and peaks... Sorry, as a fan of the GOAT, it is easy to mix those two up. Fed was at his peak for pretty much all of his prime. Nole has very little peaking episodes to show for then in his prime years, saved for one hot streak that lasted a few months last year...

So let me rephrase: for Federer, prime years = peak, for Nole prime years = no show for the most part saved for a hot streak that lasted just a little over half a season, his peak.

I got it now. Wow, when you put it like that, Nole is so inferior to Fed...

Wow, Djokovic is such a bad player

He's not bad, but he did get lucky. He got on a hot streak at the right moment: Fed slowing down and going through an off period and Nadal having an odd down clay season.

And don't take it the wrong way, compared to Federer, everyone's shortcomings are exposed.

It is just more satisfying when you use Noletard arguments to make the demonstration.

No debates here, everybody knows they were Mac, Connors and Borg in late 70th.

Gasquet is next №1

Sure, sure.
And Fed ATM isn't lucky that Nadal is injured and Djoker has a much worse season than 2011.

Monaco - Del Potro - Nadal - Wawrinka - Robredo - Dimitrov - Chardy - Cuevas

Nole is only back to his normal self. His domination period looking like a fluke more than anything.

And just so we are clear, are you implying in anyway that Federer's current success, being back at #1, can be explained by Nadal's injury?

IF you were to speed up the courts and making conditions more polarized as they SHOULD BE.. You wouldn't have a top 3-4 anymore (since Nadal, Nole or Murray can't play as well on the fast stuff). Polarized conditions, there wouldn't be a consistent top 3-4 Period.

There would be a real top 10 in the hunt possibly. Since upsets would be more plentiful

Fed would of course still have remained the dominant force.
