Horrible. If he had auctioned his rackets and the saw, he could have saved a human life by donating the money for vaccines in the developing world.

Uncle Toni shouldn't let his tools lay around.

Proud supporter of El Tio , the greatest genius alive!

Alchimists transform iron into gold. Boriiiiiing!
Movie-makers transform dreams into reality. Yeah, whatever...
El Tio transforms Dull into a multiple GS champion! Daaaaamn!

El Tio has the keys to weather, court speed, draw making, umpires' decisions and perception of time between points, top players' fatherhood, and my libido!

This signature is in no way ironic. Please don't ever let El Tio think that, for my sake!

Can't believe a word of this. I have it on the very good authority of MTF that the Olympics were a MM event that NOBODY cared about.

Re: Novak literally sawing his rackets in half after Olympic loss?

which loss? muzza or delpo?

Q. Do you think you would have been able to play as well as you played today, or you think you would have pulled out from the game if it wasn't the Masters Cup final?

ROGER FEDERER: No, Roger Federer doesn't pull out. Otherwise he doesn't walk on court (smiling).

After losing to Nalbandian in 2005 TMC final...

Who carries a saw? Seriously.

Andy Murray: 2012 Olympic gold and silver medalist. US Open Champ. Wimbledon champ. Never been prouder of him.

The Brian Baker Story. Proof that truth is stranger than fiction... until Hollywood buys the rights and proceeds to keep screwing the script up.

Re: Novak literally sawing his rackets in half after Olympic loss?

Nole got so much flack after looking like he didn't care vs Delpo (really looked that way) so needed a story like this. PR guys probably worked with a few different stories and picked the saw because it's memorable as it gives an image in your head. It doesn't make much sense but who cares.

Good work Nole camp! He can still run for president in Serbia if he at least saws rackets to appease the nationalists.

Poor Nole

I can't imagine there's anything more frustrating in sports than losing an Olympic bronze medal match. Good to see he recovered well from it and won Canada and made final in Cincy
