Yep, pretty much agree with this. Anyone believing Murray is a stronger favourite than Federer in a major is slightly odd, anyone believing Murray is a stronger favourite than Djokovic at THIS major is just mental.

Oh God. I thought this article was just typical mX trolling when I read it, apparently not

Mugts Clownder is as delusional as ever and it seems like Flukeanisevic has joined the party

I accidentally threw up while trying to pronounce that.

I don't listen to people who just predict the player who won the last big event to win the next one. A monkey could do that. Brainless.

I don't know whether to feel sorry for Murray or laugh. It's deja vu all over again for him has Koenig always say. Winning the Olympics has gone to his head and now there is all kinds of expectation on him again to win the USO. Clownder and Ivanisevic is just adding to that pressure with their predictions. I doubt Murray makes even semis. And if he does he will be destroyed by GOAT or Djoke.

I know. Hopeless. I guess it's good for Murray that at least Simon Reed has kept quiet (for now).

While it may be true that super Saturday is a tough proposition for Fed at 31...it depends on circumstances as to how it effects his chances in real terms. Not least of all because the past four years the final has been played on a Monday.

Don't take anything Allez says seriously. He is a massive Dulltard acting as a Fedfan. He's just trying to jinx the GOAT in a deperate last ditch attempt.

You've just described yourself perfectly mate. I know who you are even if the mods have not figured it out yet. Explain how I'm trying to jinx Fed. You on the other hand created this double account for the sole purpose of hyping Fed up before the start of each GS You were never a fan. Just a hater. What happened to your other account? Soon the same thing will happen to your new "fedtard" account. Fed will win or won't regardless of the jinxing BS you get up to. Now go drink your scotch

If he wins easily on Saturday and has a day's rest on Sunday, then I agree he'll have a fighting chance on the Monday. Like I said that would make it even stevens vs Murray but I'd still give the edge to Nole were they to square off on the Monday. He is the reigning HC slam king.

Re: Wilander&Ivanisevic: "Murray will win US Open"

He has never been in a better position than now. This is the first time he enters a GS while owning all the major contenders - if they all play near their absolute best, Murray should be able to beat both Rog and Nole, even back to back. He was always capable of taking out one of them, but not the other. And, now there's no Rafa to complicate things, so it's even easier.
It's a big if, though. Lendl seems to have put him in the right place mentally, it should be enough barring some godlike performance by someone unexpected.

While Montenegro was part of Yugoslavia, its internet domain was .yu, now it is .me

You think it is unlikely Murray will make the semis? Who are all these people exactly who have a good chance of beating him before them?

All of the top 3 seeds will make the semis.

Well, I think Andy has a bigger chance at this slam than he has had in a long time.

Have a sneaking feeling Roger might take this one home though.
