Pretty much. Back in January 2007 when Federer was Djokovic's current age, 25 years and 5 months old, he had won 10 slams already. Djokovic only has 5 slams at the same age.

This made me laugh so hard Right now, ANYONE who wants to win a big clay title has to go through Nadal. Don't know why Novak was being excluded

But on the topic of the better clay career: like someone said, the question cannot be reasonably asked until Novak wins at least 1 RG. And even then, it would still be Fed But if Novak won 2, then the debate would be over.

Not if he wins two from the next three and Federer wins the third. Which isn't that unrealistic, since we're assuming a Nadal decline. With no Nadal decline, Djokovic isn't getting to two RG titles anytime soon.

Well yeah. Who ever has the most RGs is the clear winner.

Re: Endless Djokovic/Federer Debates (Who will end up with the better clay career)

Fed trolls would be too bitter to think Djoker's superior even if Djoker won French Open without tons of luck like Federer's '09 FO.
Unlike Federina, Djoker had to change his health decisions. He felt the need to play Davis Cup and travel
to different charity events. He didn't have time to
serve well enough on clay;
he needed to be much-improved on all surfaces.
Federer had a lot time to rest since 2004.
He could ignore any Davis Cup competition because the ITF, cowardly Swiss and media people needed to make money off his "hero goat" propaganda.

Clay was Nadal's ideal surface, nowhere near Djoker's favorite.
Of course, if you play a lot on clay, as Nadal does, you'll feel more uncomfortable & unbalanced on hardcourt in your service games.
Djoker's still improving in Slams.
Federer and Nadal are the same for 6 years on hardcourt & grass.

Does world evolve around Olderer? For you it is. Who the hell cares how many slams Noserer had when he was 25.

Then I assume you didn't read Rafa's biography where he clearly expresses who is his true rival (and that was before 2011). I thought you were a Rafa fan.

Re: Endless Djokovic/Federer Debates (Who will end up with the better clay career)

Novak fans can't complain about RG 09 cause Djoker had his chance to win it if he hadn't managed to mug out to Kohli he had a very good draw and a choking Fed awaiting in the SF, he threw a big chance down the toilet in that one.

No one knows what he is. He hates glory hunters but when Rosol beat Nadal he claimed only top players should be in slam semis/finals.
