Gaudio, Coria, Massu, and Nalbandian

A few years ago we saw Coria dominate the clay courts, Gaudio win French Open, Massu win two gold medals in olympic games, and Nalbandian step into the top 10. What did these players have in common when they reached their highest achievements? Horacio Anselmi, a succesful argentinian coach introduced the concept of power and explosive strenght into South American Tennis. The Argentinian was the conditioning coach of all 4 players when they reached their best results. The success of Anselmi has not only make him achieve good results in tennis, but also in soccer with Boca Juniors, and the Argentinian Volleyball team.

I wanted to welcome you guys to develop your knowloedge about conditioning and tennis in my youtube page. You will find how to improve service loading, rotations, and explosive strenght. These exercises are being used all over the world in the making of Junior players.

This is not a bot, just wanted to share valuable information, Enjoy!

Yes all of them are Argentinian except for Massu that is from Chile. All the argentinian players from different cities though. Matter of a fact, Gaudio and Coria did get along very well
