You damn clown I hope you're happy with your 150 points. Not sorry for him at all. I hope he drops from TOP20 in Granollers-like style. Or maybe he realised he doesn't have 14 hours to fly to London

Re: Kohlschreiber won't play at the Olympics due to foot injury

Not like the Germans nominated him or any of his countrymen 6 weeks before where he has to plan his schedule. He has a contract with the Kitz event, the way some are making it out like he was a special for a medal.

He made his choices and has to live with the consequences.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Wrong. He was nominated later, after the international entry list was released. It was during Wimby's 2nd week I think.

Edit: Sry, that's exactly what you wrote of course

Federer |Söderling |most of the Germans

I also like: Wawrinka | Tsonga | Dimitrov | Isner | Gulbis |

Warm regards: 6-3 6-0 / 6-3 6-4

Judging by his Halle performance, on this fast slippery grass, I'd say he was certainly in contention.

He was still locked into the other events after Wimbledon, since Stuttgart, Hamburg and Kitz deadlines were before his nomination.

Yes, my bad, I misread/misinterpreted your post.

I would agree with you if the Olympics would be a best of 5 tournament but I think the best of 3 modus would be an advantage for him actually.

It's the second time he misses the Olympics now.

He had a contract with the sponsor of the Kitzbuel tournament. That also ties him to play all of the German tournaments.

Everyone's being a clown about this. The guy had his reasons.

He should have turned down his Olympic spot. Obviously.

if he has a deal with bet-at-home then he's a bigger clown than anyone thought

Vishnu Vardhan could be his replacement?

At least if he would've won the title in Kitzbuhel

Re: Kohlschreiber won't play at the Olympics due to foot injury

If he'd had issues with the foot all week but soldiered on - that was actually a great reason to withdraw!

Hope that paycheck was worth it.
