What are you waiting for more, Olympic tennis or US Open?

What are you waiting for more, Olympic tennis or US Open? For me, Wimbledon Olympic tennis is something very special, possibly something that happens only once in a lifetime, and I'm rooting especially for Federer, even if there are players I like even more. I'd just hope Roger win the missing Olympic gold, and at Wimbledon, where he's been so great. Also, Murray's gold would be great as they play in UK, and this can also be another great champion, Nole's last proper chance for Olympic gold. On the other hand, there are many players I usually like more, but I'd prefer them to win US Open, for them Olympic gold doesn't seem as important. So, I'm eagerly waiting of the Olympic tennis.

Stan Wawrinka
2014 Australian Open Champion | 2014 Monte Carlo Masters Champion | 2015 French Open Champion | 2016 US Open Champion

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga
2008 Paris Masters Champion | 2014 Toronto Masters Champion

For the olympics I'm waiting 12 days. For the US Open 40 days.

I'm more excited for the US Open since it's a slam. The olympics are nice but that's it.

I think Olympics is a bit more interesting just because it has novelty value, but strictly tennis-wise, US Olympics should be greater.

Well said. You have to wait more time for the USO and less time for the Olympics. No brainer. This is a pretty stupid question imo

Neither.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

US Open. The Olympics will be a spectacle for sure, especially as it's on grass, but I love the American Hardcourt season & the US Open is a slam I have great memories from.

I love attacking tennis

FEDERER - DEL POTRO - DIMITROV
Tsonga Haas Nishikori Wawrinka
Cilic Djokovic Gulbis Kyrgios

Hewitt Soderling Roddick

Re: What are you waiting for more, Olympic tennis or US Open?

This might be the first time I'm actually interested in Olympic tennis, period. It's the Wimbledon effect.

It's about equal in anticipation for me. Then again, I have US Open tickets.

Andy Murray: 2012 Olympic gold and silver medalist. US Open Champ. Wimbledon champ. Never been prouder of him.

The Brian Baker Story. Proof that truth is stranger than fiction... until Hollywood buys the rights and proceeds to keep screwing the script up.
