He'll own it when? Midnight London time? Still has about 6 hours.

Federer - Emperor of the Slams, King of Hard, Lord of the Australian Open, Lord of Wimbledon.

If he keeps #1 through October 15, he will get to 300 weeks.

Laver arguably has around 303 weeks, roughly translated, 5.88 YE #1's.

Tilden, William Renshaw, and Gonzales lead all time with 364 weeks, roughly translated, 6.5 YE #'s.

If Federer holds his #1 until January 13, 2014, he can break this record too.

Absolutely, considering his age and Nole's dominance until last autumn, this is legendary.

Another awesome accomplishment achieved.

Always did feel a bit wrong that he was that 2 weeks short.

Only a question 6.5 years are like 338 weeks if I am not wrong

Ahh, I have made a miscalculation.

William Renshaw and Bill Tilden both have 338 weeks.

Pancho Gonzales has an incredible 7 years as #1, 364 weeks
