It is incredible that Nadal will beat the record while mostly only playing claycourt tournaments during 2 months every year!

Vilas and Muster played claycourt tournaments all year long.

Nadal on clay remains the most dominant force I have seen in any sport all my life.

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.

It took you this long to realize it? Nadal was GOAT on clay before he even matched Borg's RG count

Imagine how many more clay titles Rafa would have if he played the South American clay court swing instead of Dubai/Rotterdam crap between 2006 and 2012..

RAFAEL NADAL and GRIGOR DIMITROV

Rafa winning at least one slam in 10 consecutive years is the best achievement in Open Era tennis since Laver won all 4 Grand slam tournaments in the same year!

It will be a sad day for tennis when Nadull ties a true legend like Vilas in clay titles.

Fixed your dumb sentence for you. For millions of fans Rafa brings joy and positive emotions. And I feel even better watching elements like yourself cry blood tears very single time Rafa wins a match

A mug like Vilas isn't good enough to be a ballboy in a Nadal match

Federer is finished, what does his delusional fanboys have to do with Nadal being a disgrace to tennis?

Vilas can't hold Nadal's jockstrap on clay.

Vilas hardly ever beat Borg on clay, Nadal is even greater than Borg. Difference between Vilas' clay titles and Nadal's clay titles is that Nadal's titles are high quality clay titles, whereas Vilas won many smaller titles and thus got a high quantity but low quality clay titles.

Only one that can compare to Nadal on clay is Bjorn Borg.

Obviously Nadal's record on clay is incredible but was does the fact that he has only won 15 titles (in 9 years on the tour) on all other surfaces say about his overall place in the history of the game?

Argentiniantards. Only argentinian press kept talking about his "records". Nobody else cares about it.

Nadal is already the best clay player ever.
