You are the only person I've ever seen say that that final was amazing. Tsonga played by far his poorest match of the tournament, he wasn't even close to his best in the opening set. That was a massive chance for Tsonga considering how well he plays against Djokovic and especially that year.

If Murray doesn't reach the final now, then it'll probably never happen. He'll either feel more pressure now, or he will find confidence in this situation. I think the latter.

I think Jo has a better chance of beating Nole than Murray, judging from head to head and matchup stats.

davydenko is a shadow of himself. karlovic is a whole different ballgame, and i really did not like the footfaults galore.
that said, i hope that he can raise it and finally take it. with nadal out of the draw, his second week chances look pretty good.

Its going to be a hell of a match. Really hope it approaches the level of the Queens Final last year.

Stronga,Monfils,DelPo,Nalbandian,Berdych,Gulbis,Ha as and Djokovic are the players I support the most.

I was going to say, I need a better definition of "seizing the moment". I still don't think he'll win the title but he'll finally make the final.

I loved that final personally. Tsonga did have chances, but Novak played better in key moments. Jo missed one very easy put away that would have taken the match to the fifth set and then lost the tiebreak, but oh well. Still thoroughly enjoyed that final, Tsonga's final two points to clinch the first set were

Murray has Cilic/Raonic, Del Potro/Roddick and Tsonga in a row; too much power, one of them will get him I reckon.

Re: Will Andy Murray "Seize The Moment"

nope Murray will just feel even more pressure of being the favorite to reach the final in his half of the draw and he'll lose to someone along the way

I agree Davydenko is not the same but Murray was still hitting the ball very well. It was always going to be difficuilt to get into the same rythmn against Karlovic. Considering the match-up I thought it was another good performance.

Don't we all "seize the moment"? Several times a day, actually. On the toilet

Re: Will Andy Murray "Seize The Moment"

Unlike most here I am a fan of Andy. A huge fan. This is his best chance EVER. Not just to win Wimbledon but to win a major. Nadull, as much as I thoroughly despise him, undoubtedly would have had a mental edge over Murray by virtue of three previous centre court successes against the scot. Rather academic now Raonic and Tsonga will be tough, but Andy SIMPLY HAS to reach the final now. If not, even I will begin to lose faith. Good luck Andy

And now that Nadal is out Tsonga and Delpo will have *10^24 more motivation

Del Potro is not a title contender here.

In two months time, possibly, but not here.
