Re: WWW Halle Final: Thomas Haas v. Roger Federer

Tommy has played the best tennis of anyone in Halle this week. This is probably his last shot at winning a title beating Rogi in a final so I expect him to come out all guns blazing tomorrow

I actually didn't go far enough back. 2001 - Federer and Haas played here. Their earliest matchup was 2004, 8 years ago now.

Federer - Emperor of the Slams, King of Hard, Lord of the Australian Open, Lord of Wimbledon.

Nope. Both Federer and Haas have won their last 7 finals.

Haas has never been beaten in a grass court final. 100% wins on grass finals. Federer is all the way below at 84! No chance for Fed

Re: WWW Halle Final: Thomas Haas v. Roger Federer

I wouldn't be surprised if Roger throws Haas a bone and lets him win like he did Hewitt. Roger needs to build up these guys' confidence so they can take out Nadal at Wimbledon

Also, no need for 'tennis' option, as tennis wins anyway

I'd say it was rather different all these years, just remember all those Roger's wins by Tommy's w/o

Listen. I like Tommy a lot. But he needs to take out Rafa in an early round at Wimbledon. If a win over Fed in the final would help him do that, so be it. haha. He is a great player but injury setbacks were too much. Really sad to see. Great talent
