So I'm just sitting here watching Roddick/Vasselin, and it's just so refreshing to see a decently quick court, players actually have a chance of hitting winners and some nice volleying going on as well. What's your opinion? Feelsgoodman.jpg

Yeah, just a shame to see how slow Wimbledon is now. Halle and Queen's on the other hand

The clay season is too long and too boring.

Nice to see lovely bh/fh winners getting what they deserve rather than slowing up on the clay and being returned.

shame there are no real 90s tennis masters to **** nadal on grass and show his 1 dimensional game up

but nole could bring back real tennis

and in a dream world fed would get back to 06 form and destroy nadal again

Djokovic has the worst net game of the top 5. There's a better chance to win the lottery than for Djokovic to bring back classic grass court tennis.

Football is one of the few areas of life where even if you're untutored, you can go to a ground and see George Best beat three men, and you can realise, 'I have seen genius.'

djokovic is the most naturaly athletic out of the big three (plus the scot)

federer (obviously) was a world class net player but didnt focus on it and is now ast his best

nadal had good hands but shit skils

murray was never happy at the net

nole's athleticism and raw talent make him potentially a very good net player

Novak's absolutely rubbish at the net. He hasn't got a clue tactically how to execute a game plan which includes coming forwards. I watched him time and time again concede points to Rafa at RG because he was too afraid to come in behind his shots.

No way could he do anymore at the net than he is currently.

Tsonga is probably the best chance of someone using serve and volley as more than a surprise strategy at Wimbledon.

Djokovic is shit at the net. His athletic abilities allow him to get away with it sometimes, but overall, he's terrible.
Murray is great at the net, he has better touch at Nadal.
Nadal has good touch, but not amazing.
Federer used to have absolutely incredible net skills. Now, he's not as good, but he's still great.

Federer >> Murray >> Nadal >>> Djokovic when it comes to net skills.
