Nadal will now steamroll the slams...

I used to be a nadal hater... but man, does this guy deserve respect. After losing 3 straight grand slam finals to djokovic, he came out with the goods and beat the djoker in the french open. As we all know, the AUS open could have gone nadal's way.... same with the USO..

To be honest, i can see nadal racking up 4-5 slams from here onward. He will win wimbledon (djokovic doesn't seem to be the monster he was last year), and the USO is up for grabs between him and djokovic. Djokovic is the only player that can stop him (federer is hopeless, potro is injured..) and djokovic might start to slightly decline (he has shown signs of it). Murray is basically just another turkey to nadal.

Nadal is going to have 13-14 slams by next july. He will most likely come within one slam of roger (maybe even tying him). There is literally NO ONE in the horizon who is going to stop this domination between djokovic/nadal (and used to be federer).

I know that nadal has won a majority of his slams at the FO (7/11)... but with his new found confidence, i can see him STEAMROLLING through the remaining grand slams.

Whut? God, this site has so many gloryhunters and bandwagoners. OMG he has won RG (like he never did it before) he will win next 5 Slams for shure. And just a huge fing at 'Djokovic is starting to decline'. Guy entered FIRST RG FINAL IN HIS CAREER and he is in decline? And Tsonga or Berdych could beat Nadal (as well as Novak) on grass, Delpo could beat him at USO or someone else could have a great run. Go watch Nadal lose in Halle to Berdych or Fed

Maybe you are right that the novak starting to decline comment was an exaggeration... but novak would not have lost to nadal in the FO last year is what i was trying to say.

Anyhow, berdych/tsonga won't beat nadal on grass. Djokovic can (and he has), but i believe his performance last year was an anomaly (lets see if he can prove me wrong )

Nadal won't lose to federer ever again.

Nadal will probably lose to someone like that or even someone lower ranked at Halle. It won't be indicative of much just as his Queens results never were, it's a tuneup.

And why won't he lose to Fed? As i remember, Fed beat him 2 out the last 3 times they played.
Nadal and Djokovic are the guys to beat, but they will for sure lose some matches to other guys. It may be on a slam as well. They can have an off day or someone can have a huge day, Isner serving lights out (IW comes to mind). Fed can beat Rafa when Rafa is not in form and he is. In form Rafa beats him, yes, but you never know what can happen, I just hate people saying things based on 1 match or 1 tournament. What if Novak won the RG, could you garantee that Rafa won't win W or USO? Any form has to stop sooner or later, and I can't imagine Rafa playing whole season in top form, bcs, well, he never could do that. He allways had eather a slow start to the season or bad season ending

He can still lose to Federer as proven in IW this year , but just not in slams. I am sure that's what you meant though.

A huge indeed.
Now watch until Nadal loses in Halle, then "he'll never win a tennis match in his life and should retire immediately" etc etc.

Nadal will win 20 slams before he retires.

Tests you traitor. Nadal does not deserve respect. The man is bad for tennis. His game is not attractive to watch, he will smash the slam record but I will never be a fan of that man. He and Toni have tarnished the sport in my view. Their win at all cost policy sucks big time.

I can see at least 3 or 4 guys who are favorites against Rafa in USO. Besides he would be death after the Olympics this year. My hopes are that he can survive the first week at Wimbledon and then anything can happens there.
