Queens R1: Mahut def. Garcia-Lopez 6-4 6-2

Great Grass Lord unable to come through with the win here. But no surprise really, a good win for Nicolas. Great service numbers in the first set, the second set, he struggled in most of his service games and saved 3/3 BPs but managed to hold without getting broken, and come through, breaking twice in the set. Grass is his surface and he will have gained a lot of confidence from his Roland Garros performance, so hopefully he continues winning.

Expected. He will give Murray a hell of a difficult time tomorrow.

Mahut

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Only Del Potro can take him out before the semis, and he won't. Nadal is winning the AO, bet your house on it.
Somewhere out there, there is a homeless person who once took betting advice from GSMnadal

Starting a grass tournament vs. Mahut is indeed very lucky. All luck this mugray. Gets the easiest opponent possible in the 2nd round after a BYE.

Chill out man. Obviously just trying to tease the Murray fans a bit with an indirect reference to his defeat against Garcia Lopez earlier this year in Indian Wells

Mahut is probably the harder opponent

Re: Queens R1: Mahut def. Garcia-Lopez 6-4 6-2

Match-up between two massive grass legends, worthy of a W final tbh. 4th round at the very least.

| Wins over 3+ of the Top 4. Players to reach all slam QFs+ in history. Hawkeye/Line Calls. QFs+ at Slams & Masters, but never Top 20.
Haas / The Fog / Tsonga / Brown / Mahut / Dolgo / Fed / Baker / Alund / Tursunov / Copil / Bolelli / Brands / Benneteau / Gojowczyk / Steps / PHM
Rafter / Edberg / Henman / Stich / Safin / Gambill / Grosjean / Malisse / Gonzo / Llodra / Santoro / Agassi / Schalken / Nováček / Rosewall / H-T Lee / Kuerten / Boetsch / Pavel / Sundström / Björkman / Scud / El Aynaoui / Arazi / Calleri / Sampras / Nalbandian / Mosquito / Srichaphan

Well, I'm glad we can agree on this. At first, I wasn't sure if you were being sarcastic here....
