This shit has been copied and stored in my desk-tops 'notes' application, so as incase you try any funny business. It is beautifully worded for going in my signature when Djokovic gets obliterated today.
Enjoy your sleep, it'll be the last time you sleep well for months.
No only pushing and stamina is important on clay, I've played on it so I know. I don't need to listen to a fucking tennis expert to know what is good/bad for tennis. I've been playing tennis since I was 7 so I have enough experience to judge for myself unlike a lot of armchair warrior dulltards here. I can easily tell by looking at their posts if they play tennis.
The last two sets were absolutely amazing from Andy. He just toyed around with Gasquet and destroyed him. Everything was amazing. His lobs, his slice, his dropshots, his forehand, his backhand and his consistency was all amazing. His serve was rather mediocre but that didn't really matter with a ground game as good as that.
SLAMS: 3 TITLES, 8 finals, 10 semi-finals, 9 quarter-finals... WORLD TOUR FINALS: 1 TITLE, 3 semi-finals... MASTERS: 14 TITLES, 7 finals, 12 semi-finals, 18 quarter-finals... OLYMPICS: 2 gold medals, 1 silver... DAVIS CUP: 1 TITLE, 1 semi-final, 1 quarter-final... WORLD #1: 41 weeks... MATCH WIN/LOSS: 655-184... TITLES: 45 and counting...
We should be appreciative of Federer though, because we will never see anything like him again. The fact he can still compete for slams ever after the erosion of his physical skills is really a greater testament to the natural talent he has than the period of time when he was dominating the tour.
