Roland Garros R2 : Mathieu def. Isner 6-7(2) 6-4 6-4 3-6 18-16

After all the crap Paulo has had recently, great win for him. Isner played his part of course saving 6 match points.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

ISner is a joke tbh. Plays to the level of his opponent.

Smart move by Isner. He would have ruined his season again trying to go 70 more games

PHM gains revenge for Mahut, great win for him

Isner, amazingly clutch but couldn't move properly at the end, which is killer on clay

I love all aspects of TENNIS.

Federer - The Artist
Murray - The Tactician
Nalbandian - The Ballstriker
Llodra - The S/V

Hehe, amazing, one of the biggest chokers of the decade wins the longest 5th set in terms of games in the Roland Garros history against the all-time record holder n these circumstances

stroke <- point <- game <- set <- MATCH -> round -> tournament -> season -> career
My favorite stats

After all the shit that happened to PHM in the last 2 years, this is called karma.
John was barely walking in the last few games.

Match of the year so far......

Isner legs went on him. What a match and moment from Mathieu. Never lost confidence, and suprisingly never looked too tired. If he can recover, he has a chance in the next round as well.

Moments like this after the operations make it worth him coming back. Won back to back 5 setters, going to need the ice bath big time.

Joked about his choking in the past, great atmosphere and great effort from Isner as well.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
