Roland Garros R1 : Rosol def. Berlocq 6-4 7-5 6-7(6) 6-2

Flyboy's favourite winning always good and the Warlocq knows Lukas needs the points, so win win.

Rosol fails to serve it out *5-4 in the 3rd, so Pantera gives him another chance at *6-5 and Rosol hands it back. Berlocq gives the fans some more joy before the inevitable win for Rosol in these circumstances.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Roland Garros R1: Rosol def. Berlocq 6-4 7-5 6-7(6) 6-2

Not even Charly can fight through the Rosol displayed today. 87 winners, 80 errors. Charly struggled on serve and I read he was struggling physically by the end of the match. Rosol, when on, just hits the ball too hard and had too good of shotmaking ability for Berlocq. Rosol had over 50 winners after the first two sets.

Third set, Rosol served for the match twice and came back from 2-5 down in the tiebreak to get even in the breaker, but wasn't able to take it. The two traded breaks to start the fourth set before Rosol took over. 9 breaks of serve overall for Rosol. Very good win for him here over a dogged competitor.

Strategic tank.
Now he knows Nalby is cooked and Chela wont defend QF, he's in the olympics and that's what the Warlocq wants.

Also, so many argentinians (2) won RG, but noone won Wimb, he'll peak there.

Pantera was caring for the sport knows Rosol needs the points, so he gets them and Charly makes the Olympics so all kinds of win.

Just another horrible result, AJ. And Rosol was finally out of the top 100

Re: Roland Garros R1 : Rosol def. Berlocq 6-4 7-5 6-7(6) 6-2

Based on reports, Rosol was blasting tons of winners and had the cold reaction he does when he's in a zone, where he looks steely and like he expected to hit the flashy winner he just hit. Berlocq was having problems with his leg and was getting outhit and outplayed, and in the end couldn't do anything.

Rosol just has too much power. It's too bad for Charly that the great clay season he's had is for basically nothing, an R1 loss here.

I find it funny you like Rosol but dislike Chardy, although both are bashers.

Rosol has really had a better season this year, though, so it is what is is, and his form is good. The points situation I think has definitely motivated him lately.

Re: Roland Garros R1 : Rosol def. Berlocq 6-4 7-5 6-7(6) 6-2

Rosol for all his ballbashing is like Santoro compared to Chardy's worst in the ballbashing stakes.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Hahaha....Rosol hit 80 winners...impressive....good god...seemed like he was in control the entire match except when serving for it in the 3rd...Too bad for Fee-Lo Green...He wanted Rosol out of the Top 100 so bad, hahahaha...The irony is just too much...Glad to see Lukas fight to see another day at the Big RG
