Roland Garros R1: [2] Nadal def. Bolelli 6-2 6-2 6-1

Simone had his moments. Unfortunately, the movement isn't good enough, absolutely no consistency at all, no real gameplan or tactical ability, and of course, the man on the other side of the net is an animal. Some huge shots from Simone but he got too impatient too often and then got tired by the end. Hopefully he doesn't get too negative about this result.

Rafa was solid after a shaky start of the match and shaky moments in the middle of the second set. Very good movement and defense and some great forehands.

Nadal was really solid do not see Federer or Djokovic beating Nadal here. Simone has weapons but is so inconsistent, its a shame.

Don't see anything in Nadal's game today that makes me believe he will stop the Nole slam.

Bolelli has better shotmaking ability than Nadal, and Djokovic. But that's sadly not enough.
