Rome R2: [16] Gasquet def. [WC] Lorenzi 6-3 6-2

Very good serving and backhand play from Richie, good offensive tennis from the Frrenchman. No real contest here. Lorenzi is weaponless outside of some decent first serves.

Rome R2: Gasquet blinds Lorenzi 6-3, 6-2

Lorenzi tried to scare off Gasquet with his sunglasses and general crazy attire, but Gasquet overcame it like the mental giant that he is

What was up with those glasses, was it to keep clay out, does he have an eye condition?

You have to be approved to wear eye wear so he has an eye condition, and I've seen Lorenzi wear glasses in the past.

I laughed at how the commentators were more interested in talking about Paolo's look than his tennis. Mainly because there wasn't much to see on the court otherwise.

Andy Murray: 2012 Olympic gold and silver medalist. US Open Champ. Wimbledon champ. Never been prouder of him.

The Brian Baker Story. Proof that truth is stranger than fiction... until Hollywood buys the rights and proceeds to keep screwing the script up.

This No weapons, no fighting spirit, just a pair of sunglasses to protect his great talent from the sun

Tomic had sunglasses in Australia, same as Karlovic in Wimbledon. I don´t think you need to be approved, but i might be wrong.

With those byrocratic doping rules, ATP wouldn´t surpise me ...

Roger Federer - Martin Klizan - Lukas Lacko - Milos Raonic - Fernando Verdasco

Dustin Brown - Nick Kyrgios - Norbert Gombos - Stanislas Wawrinka - Dominic Thiem

Good to see a clean performance from Richie, second time in three weks he beats Lorenzi easily. Hope he does the same he did vs Federer last year vs Murray.
