Actually Ramos did step up his game in the closing moments of the 2nd set. Started hitting some big shots and played great transaction from defense to offense. It was however too little too late, 2 breaks proved too big of an obstacle.

And also, this match was much higher level than the Tomic Giraldo match, it wasn't so much that this one was awesome as that one was just pure crap tennis...

Nalbandian too solid for Albert, I think that Ramos choke vs Gasquet affected him, hope he improves in the rest of the clay season.
