Madrid R3 : Berdych def. Monfils 6-1 6-1

Tough one for Berdych.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Berdych was unplayable, which is rather fitting since Monfils was barely playing

Stunning tennis from Tomas, some of the best stuff I've seen from him. And 72% first serves, which is almost unheard of for me.

If only he could serve and hit the ball so well tomorrow against Rafa...

I think it's safe to say that Monfils hasn't found his groove yet

I am the Nelson Mandela of MTF

RG awaits Gael. This tournament means nothing to him.

Stronga,Monfils,DelPo,Nalbandian,Berdych,Gulbis,Ha as and Djokovic are the players I support the most.

Nothing it took me awhile to see that you view Monfils like he is a challenger player. But its all good.

Double breadstick!?

Hopefully Tomas will take this form into the match against Nadal. The Spaniard needs something of a test, after his inevitable BYE into the QF...
