Re: Nadal leads Federer 3-1 outdoor hardcourts, while Federer leads 3-0 indoor

It can be incredibly windy in both Flushing Meadows, Miami and Indian Wells; all outdoor venues, events which Federer has won over 10 times combined. His game doesn't exactly crumble in weather, either.

I agree, Federer is one of the best in windy conditions, he even beat Agassi in 5 sets at US Open and Agassi is known for great play in windy conditions. In that match the ball would bounce innocently upright and then suddenly move away from player rapidly.

Rafa is basically unplayable in poor conditions. His game is very much insensitive to weather, whereas everyone else's suffers.

The only time where he has a slight drop is at RG if its cold.

Nope !!! the fed guys don't use the "off-clay" arguement to discredit nadull or surface it has too do with the quantity of matches played on various surfaces.

Re: Nadal leads Federer 3-1 outdoor hardcourts, while Federer leads 3-0 indoor

To summarize: Federer is a mug with a shitload of luck whereby he faced GOATdal only four times outdoors, otherwise the level of ownership would be even greater.
Roger, you clown, just hide in indoor venues and bank on your giant luck, which has leaded you to those fluke 16 GS slams and the GOAT title.

Facts
Federer reached 4 (2007) grand slam finals Nadal 3 (2019). Avantage Federer.
Federer won TMC/YEC. Advantage Federer.
Federer won 8 tournaments, Nadal 7. Advantage Federer.
Year W/L record.. Advantage Federer.

In a Cheap attempt to help Nadal many can come up with the surface argument, but still both players won 3 slams, but a GS RU >>>> GS QF, and YEC W >> YEC RU... end of the story..
Each won 3GS so favoured Nadal marginally because they were all on different surfaces.

Favoured Nadal on MS because he won 3 and Federer won 2, but noted Federer won his 2 on different surfaces. Felt advantage of 3 over 2 was more than diversity in surfaces.

Not good when u have to factor in he needs more years as #1 considering all the tennis hes already played.

And im sorry but being #2 for all those years does not get him the running in Open era GOAT candidacy. You need multiple years at the TOP not 2nd to the top in being considered for GOAT. Hes at the top now but he needs another 3-4 years of what he produced in 2010
This is a good objective post. Federer still has 3-4 years better than Nadal's best year and there's argument's that he may still not be the best. To put Nadal in the conversation so early doesn't do justice to past greats.
Nadal has time and most certainly will add to his totals.
Fed isn't finished either, he is hungry again.

AO and USO are way bigger events than the WTF. Nadal owns Fed in outdoor hardcourts, we know that. And that only win from Fed in outdoors happened in Miami when Nadal almost won but was too unexperienced to close it out.

Owned?

7–5, 3–6, 7–6 (3), 3–6, 6–2 If this is owned, I feel sorry for everyone else. You could say Nadal owns Federer on clay, and you would be right. But to on any other surface is just factually wrong.

This is what pisses me off about Nadal fans, you're just deluded.

To be fair it was the most lopsided 6-2 set on record. Very quick, as though Rafa were playing a Finals rookie.
