I doubt Andreev went out of the court on a stretcher. It looks like a classic ret down a set and a break, probably had a niggle and figured there was no point in making it worse when the match was lost anyway.

Don't be silly people, lots of players have come back from 3-6 0-1*, not so much with a physical niggle after several hard matches and against a much fresher, much younger, much better ranked opponent.

All I'm saying is that I doubt he broke his leg out there.
