Re: Murray out of Madrid - back injury

I agree that Murray is consistent on other surfaces.
On clay: Murray 0 Titles/Finals = Clay MUG

yes it is really funny when they say "mugray is a very good clay player" when not even won a mickey mouse clay tournament in his whole life. come on, if he is a good clay player what adjective receive players like Almagro or Ferrer? please.
Mugray as his lastname says, is a big mug in clay, nothing special, he can lose to any shitty ATP player on clay.

The fact that, as far as I remember, he has never played a clay 250 could well have something to do with that.

He may have played one or two when he was about 16 or 17, I can't be bothered to look it up!

Re: Murray out of Madrid - back injury

Let's hope he recovers for Rome or even misses it if he's really injured. We don't want RN to play against another of his injured bunnies in the RG SF. Yes, I am saying RF and ND will be in the same half yet again.

some awful 500 also counts as "MM" tournaments (e.g. Acapulco).

I don't think he has ever played a 500 other than Barcelona, either. But don't let us let facts get in the way of a good "mug" calling.

"owning" them don't mean shit if you can't win the match much less make the finals and win and Murray has NOT made either

there is NO such thing as "big 4" if you can't win a Master Series on clay

Nadal has 13 MS on clay

Federer :5

I've spared you Nadal and Federer's RG wins

Djokovic: 3

I've spared you their other tournament wins as well

Murray = lower member of the Big 4. He's far above everyone else and isn't far below the top 3 in matches. Murray is part of the Big 4. It's time to get over it

Re: Murray out of Madrid - back injury

This was supposed to be Murray's mirror year to Nole's 2011. I guess not.

Djoker killed him in the 1st set 6-1 and then he relaxed and got tired a bit...should have been 6-1 6-3
