CH Savannah R1: V. Pospisil def. Ball 67(3) 75 64

Pospisil comes back from 2 breaks down in the 3rd, to beat Ball for the 1st time in 3 tries this season, I could not be happier.

Good to see an inferior serve-bot lose. Nice revenge .

Not really sure why people are ecstatic about a very difficult win against a player who hasn't exactly been in form for years.

^ Exactly. Ball has been an absolute joke for awhile now. Not a big win at all.

Re: CH Savannah R1: V. Pospisil def. Ball 67(3) 75 64

Pospisil lost his previous two matches to Ball this season and looked likely to his third loss, so that's the big part about the win. He fought from behind and was able to come back from a position that looked desperate. It's a good win in that regard and for him to be able to turn the H2H advantage Ball had.

Obviously, Ball is some type of match-up issue for Vasek so good on him for taking the victory.

The only player Ball beats is Pospisil so its nice to see Posppisil win.
